In order to determine a fair sales price, we will perform an engineering and economic evaluation of your interest. The evaluation will include analyzing historical production data and past cash flows, along with a calculation of production decline rates. We use this information to forecast future well performance, calculate remaining oil and gas reserves, and predict future revenues.

Adam Palmer is the founder and Managing Member of Resource Sense, LLC. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), International Business from Texas Tech University. Prior to starting Resource Sense, LLC he ran a land services company in the Permian Basin. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife Tracie, and three sons Kason, Keaton, and Kenner.

George serves as Executive Director of Land and Business Development for Resource Sense, LLC. George has previously held multiple executive management positions in both land and operations departments and helped form and manage a large land service company. George holds a degree in Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University and resides in Colleyville with his wife Tina and two young sons, George III and William.
